Installing Vinyl on an Evo X
In a effort to make professional vinyl installers cringe, we decided to try our hand at installing our own partial wraps to the car.
None of what we did or used represents any form of authority on this process, which can only be defined as an art. The saving grace in all of our efforts was that we have a large roll of vinyl, so WHEN we fail, we were able to try again.
Sourcing Vinyl Stickers
It is amazing that with all of the wrenching and coordinating that goes on to put things together, the most difficult piece, year after year, is the coordination of vinyl. Don’t get me wrong, we have had a vinyl sticker saint watching over us the past couple years.

Last year we learned a lesson with the One Lap VR4. Aero mods work. So this year when we were putting together the wish list for the One Lap Evo X we had aerodynamic improvments high on our list. Seeing that Daytona is on the route this year almost makes it a must have.

April Roadbumps and Wrong Parts
