Galant VR4 (2009-2010 Events)
Returning fans will recognize the 1992 Galant VR4 that ran in 2009 which now belongs to Tim Harper. This Galant VR4 is a limited edition 4-wheel drive turbocharged 4-door sedan brought to the States in very limited numbers (only 3000 imported) in 1991 and 1992. The car was the start of Mitsubishi’s domination of WRC rally racing and the inspiration for the legendary Evolution series of cars. Although potent in its original form there isn’t a nut or bolt on this car that hasn’t been tweaked, welded, or just replaced in an all out effort to raise the performance level and make us competitive with the newer Evo’s and Sti’s that dominate our mid priced sedan class. Here is a list of some of the major modifications we’ve done.
